I told you when I started that I am not very good at fun-folds, so I figured out a shortcut. It is on the attached .pdf. Be warned that it is not as exact as the other instructions. If you have never done an explosion fold before, the video on the Splitcoaststampers tutorial is very helpful about one minute in. My shortcut works. I made five or six of these in an hour while I was on the phone.
Here is one more option by Lisa Dolezal. Her written instructions with photos are very visual and she has drawn a diagram. Lisa also adds layers and tells you how to measure for them.
Remember to use the keyword TLC892 when you are uploading. It's helpful if you come back and leave a link on this thread, especially in case you made a typo and people may not find your card.
If you're not sure how to link your card on the thread here, here's how:
1. Open 2 windows or tabs: one window for your card and one for this thread.
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE
Bev,
Thanks for a fun card. I've never done this before. Here's my card.

I've gotten several comments in the gallery about how hard it must have been to re-size my ATC. Well, actually, this is one of the easier re-size jobs I've done for an ATC. The attached pdf with my shortcut makes it extremely easy to resize the kite to any size card you want. (I don't quite have the layers figured out on the pdf, but using the cut-off scraps is also very easy.)
