TLC846 ~ Tower Fold ~ 05/10/2021

Good May 10, 2021! Today we are going to try one of the newer folds in the tutorial section-a Tower Fold. If I can do it, so can you! Just make sure you have a nice sharp blade in your trimmer (I don't!). There are quite a few cards in the gallery so take a look for some inspiration. Remember to use the keyword TLC846 when you are uploading. It's helpful if you come back and leave a link on this thread, especially in case you made a typo and people may not find your card.

If you're not sure how to link your card on the thread here, here's how:


1. Open 2 windows or tabs: one window for your card and one for this thread.
2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link.
3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on)
4. Click EDIT. Click COPY
5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.

I made my first one of these when it came out in the Weekly Inkling recently. Since then I have made a few of them. Here is one of them.

But this was one of those folds where I had to make a big card first to learn the fold--so here's a big one for a change:

It wasn't as complicated as it looked, but it does have a lot of little layers.

This fold looked a little complicated to me so I kept putting off trying it. But boy am I glad I finally did. It was easier than it looked and I love the way my card turned out. I will definitely be making more of these! Here's my card: Butterfly Tower Fold . And here's the back of the card. TFL
