It was great to dust off this stamp set. I didn't realize how small the card actually was until I started working on it. I LOVE square cards, how fun!

What a great challenge!!! The only thing I kind of cheated on was I used floral instead of the paisley shown. (I don't have the paisley yet!!) My card is from page 162. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

My 3 grandchildren, I love being a Grandma! My profile picture is a 5 generations picture with my granddaughter. I'm the one in the pink. lol (Back Right) Too fun.

This sounds like such a cool challenge! I am just getting into doing some of the challenges! I really think this one will be super! Cant wait to get started! (too bad WORK gets in the way of my CARD CREATING) :rolleyes: LOL

i apologize. i'm not totally following the rules. but SU just uses way too much blank paper for me. i had to jazz the one up a little so i would like my own card.
This is great fun! It takes alot of the stress of planning a great layout right out of the creation! My goal is to go through this catty and CASE every card made with a set I have in a new color. Think I can do it by the new year?
I love using soft subtles colors with snowmen and when this was done I was so excited it turn out so cute. Might be one of my Christmas Card SAS cards!
OK, this is funny, I just did my card (double challenge) and once it's loaded I realize there are two other cards that look just like it...they both did the same card for the challenge as I did...great minds ladies, great minds...

Never a closing time. If you watch, sometimes people go back and do the 1st or 2nd challenge. The next Technique Challenge will be listed on Monday though. Each week they change. Have fun with it. You will love doing the challenges.
I actually did this last week, but hadn't posted it yet. I didn't change much on the woodcut-just the red corners, but I used it in a scrapbook instead of a card. Does that count?
Now I have a whole bunch of things marked in my book to try "In a Different Light".
Going to look through the catty tonight at work to get my idea and then will make the card(s) tomorrow! WooHoo thanks for this challenge! BTW.....this will be my first challenge.

I did another combined with the color challenge. Added some extras because I think the cards in the catalog are just too plain. Here it is... just because.
