I gave it a try. I don't like the way the finger sponge makes the shadowing. Once you put it down its there. Oh well, this is my first challenge and this is the second card I have made for this first challenge. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

Hi, gals. Thanks for all your suggestions on my card. I actually got the nerve to free-hand a kite as Rox suggested and also put in some birds. What a great idea! I wouldn't have thought of it. The links above should work tomorrow morning.

For those of you having trouble with the folds, I found it easier to start with 10.5" cardstock (so cut off 1/2"), then when you score, it'll be every 3.5" to score.
Here's yet another take on the tri-fold. I loved the hill idea and had several milling around in my head. This is the only one I have managed to get down in paper yet. I really, really, really wanted the Provencal set for this one--so it is Faux Provencal!
I was so lucky to find this thread! I had a project to do with minimal requirements, and this sparked my interest and gave me the perfect idea!
My tri-fold is really a bi-fold with a pocket, tell me what you think. Susan's wedding invitation Inside
I'm new here ... an this is my first attempt for an sketch! i love ist. is so much fun. for an womans 70th birthday I've used this greta idea for an trifold card. For the mini file folder I cased an idea from Julia_S. Thanks Julia fpr the amazing idea and inspiration!
Also many thanks for the adorable comments in my gallery!
OK, please don't laugh! This is my first time trying a challenge! I had a hard time with the original pattern - I guess just too late at night! So I made up my own, and I think it came out pretty well . . . .
