Here was my first attempt at cracked glass about a month ago. The cracked glass on the heart is much more apparent in real life. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Okay this is my first challenge, I started stamping and ended up with something too big for a card. So I made a bookmark instead, hope this counts. It was really fun, made me dig out my stamps and stuff and use them!!
I uploaded the pic, just waiting for image approval. Here is the link, hope it works.
This was my first time doing cracked glass - it was fun. There is a definite window to cracking though, before it gets too warm. I was going to refreeze and crack some more, but I just left it. The ink is Pretty in Pink on Very Vanilla, but looks more like Cameo Coral, so I used CC to mat.
This is my first attempt to try the Cracked Glass technique. I had a little trouble but I really like the concept. Thanks so much Beth for a wonderful challenge.
I did see it, just now! Too funny! I hadn't been on here all afternoon so I hadn't seen everyone else's until I uploaded mine! I do love toile blossoms, and those are totally my favorite colors....I think every third card in my gallery is bravo and artichoke, lol!
I have done this technique before for a class & it was fun, but I've never tried it with the ink over top of it...that was cool! I had a problem, though. When I took my paper out of the freezer and cracked it, the UTEE wanted to come off! Did I put too much UTEE on it? I did it three times...is that too many for the UTEE? Whadda think?!
This is the one I did for today with the ink over top of it:
Here's one I did a while back. I didn't know about the freezer part. I just waited for it to cool, then I cracked it. It wasn't easy, but it worked fine. I intend to do another one after my Petal Prints arrive (probably Wednesday night).
Jovi --- WOW! Will you play along more often with the TLC??? Please???
Oh yes Beth..... I will definitely play more often, this is so much fum.... I even went out and bought a new stamp today just for this technique ;) I just haven't used it!
I'm enjoying seeing all the wonderful cards that are posted..... Beautiful work ladies
Here is my cracked glass card! I think the roses may almost have to many cracks on them but I guess I will just have to try another Here is the link: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Thanks for looking!
Still pending as of 11:20PM EST
This is my first challenge and the first time I've done the cracked glass technique. Loved it! I will definitely be playing with this technique some more.
Beth, what a great challenge! DH needed a can of green beans this evening . I volunteered to run to the grocery store for him. The craft store is right next door so I ran in a grabbed a jar of UTEE, it was even 50% off.
Here are the two I finished this evening. Thanks for taking a look.
Here's my first attempt at the cracked glass technique! This was so fun! I used up the last of my clear EP on it, though. I am anxious to get to the store for more & try another card! Thanks for the cool technique challenge, Beth!

BTW, Love the new avatar Beth! Your quite the hottie!
Too funny - do ya think he suspected? And I agree, Beth - the new avatar is fabulous. You are stunning!

I love 50% off!
Thanks for the kind words about my avatar! You all are makin' me blush! But you don't need to stop or anything....
Okay miss die cut DIVA with the new avatar! I have one done and it took a while. I did learn that when your stamp room is on the second floor Michigan winter is okay for this technique. Just pop it in a plastic bag and out the window until it freezes. This way DH can't tease for taking over yet another household item for stamping!
This was my first try at this technique and I combined it with this week's color challenge. I used 5 layers of normal clear embossing powder and it worked really well. Thanks Beth for the cool challenge!
Here is one I did today The scan does not show the cracks. I am not sure how to make those show up. Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
Thanks for the great challenges

I just added mine to my gallery. Came here to figure out how to link again and the instructions won't come up. Could someone please link mine for me? Or send me instructions. Just remember, I subscribe to computers for dummies!:(
