Oh my heavens!!! *swooooooooooning* Did y'all see THIS?? Ranger is coming out with NEW colors of Stickles!!!!! Ohhhhhhhh to have these babies in my hot little hands..........
MM2002, that is not a dumb question. Stickles is a brand name for a thickish colored liquid with glitter in it. The little bottles are soft so you can squeeze out the amount that you want. I keep a hat pin handy to 'unclog' the glitter in the flow. I have three different brands on hand at the moment but they all work about the same. I squueze a small line of glitter et al and move it around with a tooth pick to fill the item intended. You'll have a ball when you get your Stickles.
Stickles is a glitter glue product from Ranger. You can get a similar look by coloring an image and covering it with glitter. I have even covered a colored image with Crystal Effects and added glitter but some color mediums will run with this technique.. Hope this helps!!

You silly girl...I know for a fact that you can't fit one more thing in that craft room of yours...you better keep those babies at my house...LOL!!!
Here is my card for this challenge. This is a very neat technique. It could be addicting, if you have the right stamps to do it with and have the patience for it to dry! Thanks for all you do for us. TFL :O) Rita
My painting with Stickles card....with a twist:rolleyes:. Whoops, I grabbed liquid pearls instead of stickles and did not even realize it was not Stickles until uploading.....good grief . I love the results though and I did use candy cane Stickles too. Enjoy and thanks Joan for the inspiration!
Beautiful cards everyone, I hope to get through the entire gallery later today!! Here is mine, I actually colored them first with copics and them remembered I was suppose to use stickles so I went back over them all with the stickles, cotton candy for the flowers, lime green for the leaves and patina for the bird.
A little late, but finally got to make a card using a painted with Stickles flower image that I made in "January". Never throw those unused images away . Enjoy.....BTW, combined with this weeks CAS and WT challenges. What fun!
