Good morning, stampers! Since this is our 25th week of the TLC, I thought for our "silver anniversary" we could reflect and remember some of the fun we have had...just like at an anniversary party. Meanwhile, after searching for a scrap of paper for a bookmark last night, I realized that as a stamper, I could be making some really cool bookmarks! Sooo....this week's TLC is to pick your favorite past TLC, and create a bookmark with that technique.
Here is a list of the first 24 TLC's. And here is a thread that has a list of the TLCs and the links to each TLC. Forums at Splitcoaststampers

If you are new to the challenges, please feel free to do this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get us STAMPIN' !!
Shopping alert: There are a ton of awesome techniques with Pearl-Ex. So, if you don't have any, call your friendly SU! demo and order some. If you get to the craft store soon, pick up some Perfect Paper Adhesive too. (you can find it in the GLUE section)
Ready? Set? Stamp!
Edited to add the link to the new thread with the links to the TLCs. My suggested search method didn't work. *sorry about that*

OOOH, how fun!! Can't believe there have already been 25 of these!!! Here is my bookmark. I did Kissing, Thumping, Bleach and it's kinda shabby chic! Thanks Beth!
Wow, I'm so new at this and haven't done a number of these techniques yet....I'm going to have fun this week!!!
Thanks for the challenge....Bookmarks are a great idea.
Here is my entry. I chose Thumping and thought it would look good with The Art of Life set. I got my flowers a little too fuzzy but I think it's pretty anyway.
Well, I must be out of practice, because I totally goofed on this one! My technique isn't quite what it started out to be . . . Emerging Colors gone Emboss Resist. Amazing how just one missed step can change the whole outcome, but I finished it anyway.
I chose the bleach technique & hope to learn how to do many of the other techniques listed. This is my second time to participate in a challenge. Thanks for looking!
SO many pretty bookmarks have been submitted for this challenge! Thanks for the ideas and the challenge!
I decided to try kissing technique for the first time. It is hard to see but I used the paisley stamp for the flowers and canvas for the background. I love to use stamps from various sets in the same project. This card turned out kind of "groovy". I think my 10 yr old daughter will like it.

I've never done a bookmark before, but I assume this is why my husband bought me that Xyron machine for my birthday. Maybe he got sick of seeing old grocery lists sticking out of the books I was reading and figured I should laminate a few decent bookmarks?
Thanks for the challenge, Beth. This bookmark was done with dry embossing. The photo is kind of blurry because I didn't want the flash to bounce off my shiny plastic laminated bookmark.
Here's my bookmark; hope the bleach smell goes away before it gets used! The shaving cream technique smells so much better! (still pending @ 12:21 am Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

Here's my first try using the Kiss technique. I have so much to learn but this challenge and the links you posted, Beth is a great help. Thanks so much!Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
My TLC25! I went with quick and simple, which is a challenge for me. My bookmark is using monochromatic ( one main color with one neutral color ) and Double Time ( one sheet of CS to make several cards ). I am going to make a gift bag to go with the bookmark. Thanks again Beth for your great ideas. Nancy
I'm having fun with this because I get to try some of the techniques I haven't done before on smaller things. These are still pending right now though...
I got four bookmarks done using different techniques for each. I tried bleach with a bleach pen and it wasn't very successful but no great loss since I can't tolerate the smell anyway. So here are my four..... Bookmarks
Here is my bookmark for the challenge,, I used TLC23 - Inspiration is Everywhere. I had used a piece of tissure paper for my inspiration and as soon as I saw what this challenge was, I knew I wanted to make a bookmark to go with the card I made. It turned out ok but I am so ribbon challenged and I am not totally happy with my bee and his little house this time. I didnt feel like I could use the pop things to make them stand out, so I did something a bit different. Crystal Effects makes me crazy as last time I used it, I tried storing it upside down in its bag. Well, it leaked in the cap some. It didnt make a mess but it certainly could of. There has to be a better container for that stuff. It is good goup but the container stinks. Mine is not air tight at all and I think that is the big problem. OK, I have ranted enough... thanks for looking at my bookmark.

Beth, My 2nd bookmark. Love this technique. I used Shabby Chic. My bookmark is for my friend just starting chemo and then will have radiation for Breast Ca. Not fun, but she will be cured and has a great attitude, awesome husband and 4 year old son to help her thru. Thanks again for your challenge. Nancy
Here's mine--late, but still done. This was fun. I took all afternoon down with my stamp stuff, getting my fingers all inky. Now, if I could only remember what I did with my brayer...
