Here is my
2nd card . I wanted to use all of the paper!
The picture doesn't really look like denim, it looks more like Navy Blue.
IRL, it does kind of look like denim.;)

Thanks for introducing us to this fun technique!! It took several tries to get something I was happy with, but now that I've got the hang of it, what a great addition to my technique tool box. I had fun combining this technique with the bandanna technique from TLC220 to make a Western themed card just in time for my daughter's upcoming half birthday. Here it is:
Horsey Half Birthday
This is a very versatile technique. I know I'll be using it a lot!! I had a lot of fun looking at how everyone else's denim turned out. What a lot of variety!! Everyone's cards look great.

A Technique I wanted to try and I just couldn't come up with the right thing to use it with.....which is why this posting is sooo late. But, I was flipping thru my book of stamps and saw the Polka Dot Punches - which inspired me to do
this card .
It reminds me of a pair of old jeans I had when I was a teenager. I am going to use it as a birthday card for a good friend who also stamps.
Thanks for the challenge.
