Not only did I make a HUGE mess doing this but I also hit enter too soon and had to edit to add the rest of the information--too many stars in my eyes I am afraid--chunky star glitter that is. Fun challenge Lynn.

If you don't have tacky tape, you can use glue dots to make a cute polka dot background.
