Here's my card for this challenge! It was fun and easy since I used the Bella Toile background. I haven't used these colors in ages either. Thanks for looking and for a great challenge Lynn! Bella Toile Birthday by stampkat at Splitcoaststampers

Maybe I should have requested that everyone take pictures of their inky fingers to go along with their posts...lol That would have been interesting. ;)

Haven't stamped in a week (omygosh, I know) ... So came back to a couple of fun ones - the IC and this Batik one ... What a great technique - love the look. Here's my take on the challenge - simple, I know, but I like it ... Journey

This was really lots of fun. I have to agree with the above that it was a bit
messy. My hands were the same color as the cs. Love the technique tho.

Can you believe I have no misters of any sort? I always thought of a 'colorwash' in terms of a water coloring technique. Specifically the wet-on-wet colorwash technique. So, I decided to give my way a try and see how it turned out. Dont know it truely fits in with the challenge...but I gave it the ole college try!

This was a great technique! I've done it on mulberry paper but not watercolor. I didn't have misters so I used reinkers and a lot of water! Here's my card:

Strangely enough, I don't own an iron at all! It's a long story, but I had a brand new one in the box for 18 months and my mother finally took it from me because she liked it better than her old one... I'll have to put this challenge on hold until I can get one.... of course, it will never be used for anything BUT this technique :-)
