Can someone tell me what they use these bags for? Just cards? Gift card?
I just checked it out Dawn - fits a CD/DVD perfectly. So maybe a special "mix" CD (are the kids doing them these days instead of mix tapes????? - LOL!!!!!) with a little note card in the other pocket.
I also put some lip balm/gloss in mine today as well - was trying out things I could fit in there. It also fits some of my Avon samples (yes, I sell Avon as well!!!!). I think the tea bag and cocoa/drink mix packets are a great idea as well.

I am just completely flabbergasted. I came here to check out the challenge and can't believe it's the tutorial that Beate asked me to write for SCS. You guys all have me beaming from ear to ear.
As to what I've used them for. I've put a little 3X3 card in one pocket, a gift card in another. I also paired it up with a cookie in a pocket for my son's teachers. Little gifts fit perfectly.
I haven't made one of these in a long time, so I can't wait to make another one.
Here is my Celebrate the Day Bag...Not the greatest because it doesn't stand up and my 16 mo. old son help me take the picture this morning! LOL...Not bad for his first picture...I'll get another pic later...
Someone asked what to put in the bag--I start with a 9x9 piece of DSP so that the size of my double pocket bag is perfect for a 3x3 card in one side and a gift card in the other. You can see mine on this link...
I absolutely love today's challenge. I love making things like this, so it really fun to do! Thanks! I made my pocket bag to coordinate with a card I made yesterday. Here is mine:An Apple for the Teacher THanks for looking!

What I like about these bags is that I can use that one side of the dp that I don't really like, and decorate it until I do! And never underestimate the possibilities for jewelry!! I can see a charming gold bracelet in there!

Thanks Dawn! I do have a scrapbook page on Stamper's Showcase today and there was a card yesterday. I'm just on cloud 9.
I finished mine! I had to wait for the kids to take a nap to do it.
I made mine into a Wild Wasabi Gift set that I'll use as a prize at a workshop. So the front pocket will hold "notes" and envelopes, and the second pocket will hold the stamp, stampin' spot, and ribbon sampler. All this is shown in the photo. check it out and let me know what you think!
