I just got my cuttlebug last week and so I was glad to see a challenge using the cuttlebug and a new way to use it. Here is my card combined with the sc167 sketch challenge. Thanks for looking.

This challenge reminded me that I had done this way back last July to make a coordinating background for a Cuttlebugged image. I loved the effect, and really am enjoying seeing cards with all the wonderful folders that have come out since then.

I had not heard of this technique til a friend asked me if I'd tried it. I don't have a bug, but have a zip'emate & folders. I haven't read through all this, but for someone who doesn't have the bug yet, I've heard that you can use a rolling pin with the folders to get the same effect. You can pick up a folder with one of those 40% off coupons to see how it works for a pretty low cost. I have a pasta roller for my kitchen aid (which I've never used), so my first experience with the folders was in an electric pasta roller! THAT really was cool b/c I just flipped a switch & let it go!
Can't wait to try this!
