Ok, well I guess I'm a little slow on this Monday morning. I had to look thru the gallery to figure this out, what they were. And yes, I saw the tutorial. Like I said, it's Monday! LOL!!! But the lightbulb came on and "I get it now!"
Location: My very hot stamp room, in Phoenix! It's a dry heat.

Thanks Beth! I enjoy making pocket cards and will be using this for a note to my darling daughter Wendy. She is the best. Please take a look and let me know what you think.

To make a 4 x 51/2 standard size card you need:
1 piece of CS 8 1/2 X 5 1/2. for the base
1 piece of CS 3 1/4 X 5 for the insert
Score 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 piece at 4 and 1 1/4
Everything else sorta follows the tutorial.
Happy stampin, I will have to play after work. waayy

This was fun. I'm not sure I've ever made one this way or if I did it was a looong time ago. Thanks for the challenge, Beth. And, thanks for checking out my:
This is my first 'Try a New Technique'. My DIL just had our 3rd granddaughter so I'm on vacation from keeping my other grandchildren. I have lots of time on my hands right now so I wanted to try some new stampin stuff. This was so much fun. Of course I did what some of the others did and made a vertical card first. Then I went back to my desk and made my horizontal card. I'm going to try and add the link so you can see my work. Hope this work!!!! TLC141 by neppieb at Splitcoaststampers
This was such a fun challenge! Thanks a ton Beth! I made a really cool, fun card and unfortunately, I am unable to upload anything right now- hopefully it won't last for 3 days like last time! As soon as I am able, I'll get it uploaded! Hope everyone is having a great day!
