I don't like messing with extra stuff (such as shaving cream) when I stamp, so this is absolutely cool and interesting to me -- hope I can try today!!!
Thanks!!
This Challenge was a blast!! I have a few more ideas that I hope I have time to try today!! Thanks Beth for a gret challenge!!! The flash washed it out a bit but is looks great IRL!!

This is soooo much fun and such a great look without too much extra work (even though it looks it!) I had a great time with it and can't wait to play with this tech some more.
have to go drop off some customer orders after getting kiddos ready for school...should be able to play after that! Thanks for a great challenge...I, too, had only done this with a wheel so am looking forward to a new twist on that technique!

I've been doing this for ages and I never knew it was an actual technique. How funny! Good to know. Hopefully I'll get to play after work today. Thanks Beth!
I had to skip last week's technique challenge (I tried but failed) so I'm looking forward to trying this one!!! I will have a card done by the end of the day!!

I'm baaaaaccccckkkkk! What do you think?
It's been so long since I joined a challenge. This is a fun technique, but I don't use it often. I don't have many solid stamps, so this is the best I could come up with. What do you think?

It is the *perfect* set for this technique, isn't it? It was quite the challenge to find some examples in the gallery that didn't use it! I'm looking forward to seeing all the different cards that are made with it.
shortly after the technique was in the Stampin' Success. It's so much fun to do. I did it with my customers last Saturday for a Faux Technique class, too. I'll have tp post that card when I get home tonight, and maybe make another!
Ooooh...I saw this done on Carol Duvall a long time ago and wanted to try it but never got around to it. Guess I have the incentive now!

I used the rock-n-roll technique along with the faux shaving cream. Although the Old Olive ink is difficult to see in the photo, in person it is just a hint and looks fabulous.
