Hey, how exciting for Kittie! I've done a couple 'Kittie' cards before and hope to get a chance to play later this evening. I can't wait to see what all the wonderful artists come up with!
Here is one from my gallery. I just made another one on Saturday but haven't gotten it uploaded yet. Will try to do that later. Here is Frog Pond.

Great challenge Beth and congratulations Kittie! I'm always totally amazed at the beauty of your cards (and am green with envy over your wonderful talent). I can't wait to see what you upload tonight . . . you have to play in this challenge for sure! We're all waiting . . . .
Oh Beth, you might as well have asked for a Picasso or, probably more appropriately, a Monet card. Kittie is an artist -- I color within the lines --LOL. But I'm posting so that I can check out everyone else's creations!
Here's a card I made last July when I tried to emulate Kittie's landscapes. I am going to give this another try later on. Thanks for all the inspiration you give us Kittie.
Oooh! I did a 'Kittie' card once, and I gave it away. I told myself 'never again' because it took so long. But I really want to try it again. I will play later today for sure, after work.

Now THIS is going to be a CHALLENGE!! I could try till the cows come home and never come close to the wonderful beauties that Kittie does!! (I have no cows.) But just going through her gallery is so much fun. She is such an incredible artist and such a sweet person.
This was fun, but definitely a challenge. Kittie, your talent is amazing! And some of you ladies are doing quite well yourselves! I didn't have any stamps to serve as leaves on my tree, so I just sponged. I went with a more whimsical theme. (doesn't matter if the talent is abundant that way, right!
Thanks for getting us workin' this morning, Beth! Here goes...
just got home from the doctor's and saw the challenge.......I bow to Kittie's artistry...........I have tried and failed before, but may just try again later in the day..........however....I truly look forward to seeing what others do.......
Kittie, you are w/out a doubt one of the best watercoloring stampers I have seen...I know mine will be primitive since I cannot draw a stick figure, but I will give it a whirl later on. THanks Beth, for helping us try something some of us would have not done otherwise!
Pinky
I agree 100% with Pinky, being a newbie here I do not have many of the supplies listed so I will acutally be on the primitive side of this, but I will try just because I am a newbie and long admired Kittie's gallery myself. I find you are all an inspiration and I now look forward to my list of weekly challenges. It does a body good....even better than milk! Thanks Beth for taking me out of my relm of confort. I actually got two cards done on last weeks chanllenges! Thats saying something for me.....looking forward to trying this but doubt I post it...hehe

You can fudge alot on the supplies for this. You can use a sponge for the sky and background or a stipple brush. Or even and old wash rag if you don't have those. All you really need is something that will give you a texture.

Jeanne said it perfectly. You don't really need all the fancy tools to make a little scene. A sponge or cloth will take you really far. Use what *you have* and *your imagination* and you will be so happily surprised.
Great Challenge Beth. My first thought was Kittie's cards are so awesome, who else could do such amazing work. My second thought was to sit this one out. But then I got brave and tried one, And I'm glad I did.
My 3 grandchildren, I love being a Grandma! My profile picture is a 5 generations picture with my granddaughter. I'm the one in the pink. lol (Back Right) Too fun.

Yay! Kittie is one of my stampin HEROES! I just love the things she comes up with . Here is one I did with her tutorial and I will go start another right now! Can't wait to see what you all do!
Thanks for the CHALLENGE, Beth! Kittie, you know I love ya, right? I tried...but you are too awesome...Thanks always for the inspiration!
Here is mine: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
I did mine a little different from some others in the sense that I used both re-inkers and watercolor pencils for mine. I also used a combo of paint brushes and blender pens.
What a great idea Beth to do Kittie's Watercolor Landscapes. Kittie does them better than anyone on SCS. I have done a couple with Kittie's help, but would like to try it again. Hopefully later this week. Thanks again both of your girls. Nancy
I didn't do any watercoloring on this one, but perhaps I will try that on the next! Just creating a scene was challenging enough for me Here it is: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
The tutorial really helped with this one. Thanks! Kittie!!!! You are so talanted!!! I wish mine looked half as good as yours! Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
