I made a shopping tote for VSN. Today, I made another shopping tote for TLC102. My Spring Mini order arrived today along with the Au Chocolat DS Paper; I decided to use that...

I loved the challenge this week, although I don't think I could ever do it in 45minutes. I think it took me about 90 to finish this purse. But I love the outcome! I used some fabric I had leftover from a previous scrapbook page that I loved. I can't remember who makes it...

I really like this! I had never made a tote before---and I loooove how mine turned out. I added four note cards to mine, but I think I'll do a few more. The totes are quite roomy.
Here's my tote. I forgot to write in the description that I scored my paper the wrong way, but I decided to finish anyway. I already have another 2 started, and scored these the right way!!
This is the gift I make for all my hostess. I just personalize it for each one...everyone goes nuts for it and it only costs about $2.18. It's a great booking incentive!
This was a fun project and not as difficult to put together as I had anticipated ;)! I think I will bring this little tote to my craft class for seniors - this should be a fun and simple enough project, I think, for elderly hands.

These are just adorable. I love the variety of handles.
For those of you who did the ribbon without eyelets or brads, did you use 2 separate pieces of ribbon or just one and glue (? fasten another way) the ribbon all the way around, even across the bottom?
I can't wait to try one. Bummer that I have plans tonight and won't be home until late.

I used 2 separate ribbons and glued them on each side. HTH.

I also used 2 separate pieces of ribbon - 1 for each side - and attached mine with small pieces of SU's sticky strip.
