I must be on a single flower kick after last week's challenge! I love this retired stamp but since she has it I'll probably never buy it.
I had this image in my stuff from raiding my SIL's stamp stash. She has lots of stuff but never stamps so I stamped a few of these off on various papers when I visited her. I had the idea that I would do some reverse embossing or de-bossing back then.
Opulent Vellum Rose
The colors were my attempt to do something different with this rose other than red.
Thanks for the challenge and making me do something with my stamped vellum!

That was fun, even though on Sunday when I bought my Cuttlebug, I thought I wouldn't have to use a stylus for a while!!

This looked so cool but I'm not sure I did it right. Here's my attempt anyway. It's combined with the color challenge too.

I can't leave this alone! I love this technique! Here are two more cards I made this morning.
Card #1 was inspired my love of quilting and thinking outside the box. I love how it turned out!
Card #2 uses the de-bossed pieces as cut out embellishments to dress up the card. Thanks for looking!

Hi there. I was just browsing through my gallery and realized that at about the same timeframe you held this SCS challenge I had also made a Penguin Paradise card with the same technique specified for Vellum Debossing. I hope you dont mind, but I just edited the title of my card to include ths challenge number # TLC158. Hope that's ok with you. If its not, please let me know 'cuz I wouldnt want to step on any toes....
Im still learning as the newbee for a month now.... Thanks for looking! Here's my card:
