Anyone is welcome to play in the weekly Teapot Challenge - the more, the merrier! You automatically become a “TEApotter” the first time you play. Where will you find inspiration? Will it be from the teapot? The destination location? Something about the recipient? Or could it be from the challenge itself? Remember, sending your card to the listed guest of honor is 100% voluntary - it's not a requirement but will be very well appreciated. Just have fun!
This week's challenge hostess is: casep/Pat
CHALLENGE:
Today we are sending cheer to a person who is suffering from kidney problems. The color that represents kidney disease is green. I think green is such a restoring kind of color that reminds me of new plants. So my challenge is to use green on your card.
CARD TYPE/THEME: Praying for You, Hello, Hugs, Thinking of You
This week's Tea Party was requested by mac4551 (Mac) for her dear friend Patty. Patty turned 74 last week and is having some serious health issues. She could really use some Teapotter cheer. Patty was recently removed from the kidney transplant list after 2 1/2 years. She requires nightly kidney dialysis, struggles with blood clots, and is in a lot of pain. She would love to receive "praying for you" cards from us. Mac says she loves dogs and has about five of them.
SEND CARDS TO:

Be sure to you use KEYWORD MMTPT764 in your upload and post a comment here so we can all see your card!
Do you know someone that could use some well wishes, encouragement or all around warm fuzzies? Consider nominating them as a guest of honor (a.k.a. destination station) for an upcoming tea party. Send your request to Jennifrann via PM or e-mail [email protected]. Include SCS Teaparty Request in the subject line.

I'm always a bit perplexed by a rainbow die that only has 4 arcs, so I coloured each piece with two colours. I have a similar stamp, too. I think it's odd.
I will work on mine tonight. I have missed some for others I will work on them too this week. Right now, I'm trying to get Nick everything he needs. He is severely dehydrated thanks to the SNF he was in. Right now he is in the hospital safe from the SNF.
HUGS, for all your thoughts and prayers.

MaryJo, I hope the rehydration will get Nick back iin fit shape quickly. SNFs can be lifesavers, but they can also be lax. I'm sorry it was the latter for Nick. I know this has you hopping, but I hope you are taking care of yourself too. Hugs.

I was searching through my dies for a dog .. but as I was getting another card for the #lovenotesfairies cards, I ran across this card in my stash. Has to send it.. luckily, it is in green:
Many thanks to all who made a card to cheer Patty. I apologize for being so late with comments, but I was traveling the week of my challenge and in the mountains the internet signal was spotty at best. Then I got home and a million things happened at once. So now that things have finally slowed down I have been able to look at the gallery. And it is wonderful!
