CHALLENGE:
Plants often have an almost magical ability to cheer us up. We send flowers and plants to people who are ill for that reason. My challenge is to use a seasonal plant on your card -- which might include any evergreen, fir, spruce, pine, holly, or maybe a poinsettia. Any winter plant will do.

Dear Teapotters, The Trahan Family was so touched by your beautiful cards last month that they reached out and asked to pay the Teapotter cheer forward to a friend who is battling cancer. They say she needs all the support, love, and prayers she can get, and they know that we can deliver. Marie was a nurse for 40 years. She loves dogs and puzzles. She has a deep appreciation for the small things in life and a gift for seeing the good in everybody.

Here's mine. At this stage I can't guarantee anything will arrive before Christmas, it's already a week past the last guaranteed posting date for the US. So it's seasonal holly and Christmas-ish but with no sentiment.

I really need to come up with a better design for my cards with poinsettias... I seem to do the same design/style every time one is needed.. no imagination left - LOL
