I'm posting this a few minutes early so I can go kis my sweetie at midnight, and then come back to give away some awesome prizes and hang out with y'all. I know we didn't go out tonight, but chances are (for many of us) that when we woke up in the morning we'd be feeling a little blah. ANd we might want soothing sounds, soft lights, and something comfy, lol.
So my challenge to you is this - make a soothing, monochromatic card. Easy peasy, huh? It's late, and I don't want to burst any brain cells, lol!
I've been so busy with all of these challenges today that I do not have a sample to share, and I'm terribly sorry. If someone needs an example, lmk and I'll fig one out of m gallery

Is yellow soothing? My neighbor loves yellow. I owe her a nice card for all she does for us. We often find little bags of apples and bananas (my 3 yos favorites) on our door step:-)

I am having surgery next week and had to quit for a month before that. Now that I have done it for a month, I don't want to start back. Thanks for your kind words. It wasn't has hard as I thought it would be, but my taste buds have changed now. My favorite thing was milk and now I can't stand the taste of it. I hope that is just a faze.

Good luck with your surgery! And congrats on the quitting smoking! I still find it hard, and it's been over 2 years for me.
In the town I live, there is no smoking in establishments, but I am housesitting out of town, and there is smoking there. That is why I chose to stay in and just stamp.

yes. my fav two monochromatic cards I've done have been yellow.
Good luck cchannell. When I went in for my consultation for my surgery they told me they would not do the surgery if I wasn't smoke free for 30 days. I knew I had to quit by 12/6, but on Black Friday I had a cigarette at 5am and that was the last of my pack. I wanted to see how long I would go without buying another pack and I still haven't.

Thank you for you warm wishes. I am really nervous because it is the first surgery I have ever had, but it is going to be so good for me. I can't wait to see the change it makes in my daily life.
