SCSNYE08--1.1.2009 inspired
Here is your next challenge. I hope you all have fun with it. I'm completely inspired by the start of a new calendar so have come up with some "rules" for this challenge based on the date for New Year's day 1-1-2009.
1 inch of ribbon
1 punch used
2 brads, eyelets, or buttons
0 glitter
0 embossing
9 cardstock colors to choose from:Real Red, Pacific Point, Pixie Pink, Take with Teal, Chocolate Chip, Cameo Coral, Pink Pirouette, Kiwi Kiss, Sage Shadow
You can use any neutrals in addition to the colors and any ink colors.
Be sure to use keyword SCSNYE08 when uploading.
Check out the gallery

Here is my sample

Now hang with me cuz I'm dealing with kids and dinner here. But I'll be popping back and forth. Got some great prizes to award too besides the big one at 109.

How fun. One inch of ribbon? Hmmmm.....
There aren't any time limits on these are there? I probably won't get to the stamp table for a couple hours yet. Still running back and forth to the kitchen.

This sounds interesting. I wonder how long I can stretch my ribbon if I tug really hard.

Any substituting for the colors for those like me who may not have SU papers? I think I can come close like I usually do for the color challenges.

I heard that. We are having a "feast of appetizers" here tonight. DH is watching football <SHOCK>. We've gone thru the dip phase and the "Lil Smokies". The Taquitos and Popcorn Chicken are in the oven now. Oh, and the first bottle of champagne is almost done. LOL! We still have the CHEESECAKE too..... It's just after 6PM here. I bet we're in bed by 10!

I'm glad there is no time limit because I can't stamp and chat at the same time. I'm not multi-talented that way.

I have no kids for an excuse. I'm just "old" and in the habit of going to bed by 10 and getting up around 5:30.....

is anybody else getting pooped!!! I have a really bad cold right now and I'm finding as the challenges go by, I'm fading away. I've even tried chocolate - it was yummy but I don't think it did the trick.
