Well, I haven't really been linking my cards to the AOCC threads. I've managed to get all my cards made for birthdays, even though two of them were late in arriving at their destination. Used some from my stash and some newly made ones. July was a big month for birthdays, and this month I only have two birthdays, both after the 20th, so I have lots of time!
Good to see you back again Val. I hope your health issues are resolved. I didn't get to Texas this summer, because the Texas folks came here for almost 2 weeks. Imagine adding 6 extra people into a house with one bathroom!

I linked my cards to AOCC, but I think I forgot to put in the keyword. I'll go back and check that. I've forgotten how to do some stuff in the last 3 months or so. :(
Wow, all those people with one bathroom! I'd go find a motel room. LOL!
No, the health issues are only beginning, I'm afraid. Hopefully I can keep them from escalating too quickly. I'll just keep on truckin' as long as the Lord lets me.
I was away from SCS for over 3 months, but you can tell that I am playing catch-up now. I played in the Technique Lovers Challenge this morning, although not with a lot of success. I'll use this as a birthday card since that seems to be what I need most of this month.

Hey y'all. So I absolutely sucked at this. I got behind very early in the year and it just snowballed on me. I don't think I've even checked in since May. My card-sending was pretty sad, too. Congrats to everyone who did a better job than me! Which is probably everyone, lol!

I did pretty good at getting my cards out, some of them a little bit late, but I haven't been posting them in this forum or using the AOCC identification either.

Sharon, I don't see it either. Sheri coordinated it last year and I know that she is very, very busy. Maybe she wants someone else to take it over, but I'm not offering.

Sheri is very busy, but has acknowledged that she realizes we are looking for the thread. I think we will see it soon. I will keep an eye out and post a link here.

Life happens! Today is the first sunny day in awhile and I've got a chance to visit my 15 month of grandson in Toronto, so I don't have time to start the 2014 thread. I promise that if Sheri has not done so by tomorrow morning, I will start it. Thanks for your patience. Will check your cards later 'must love cats'.

Oh my goodness, it was the best visit ever! He is the happiest little boy I have ever seen, and he loves his oma. We played in the snowy playground and also played at home. He loves being read to. Here's a photo I took today. Just have to share!
