It is a 13 + 1, everyone does two letters - each on their own page. No words required, just a letter block, a spot for a pix and one must have a journalling tag. Very versatile book. Use for Techniques, ABC's of Me, Grandma's brag book, Phone book, possibilities are endless.
I'd love it if someone could help me fill it. The pages I've gotten so far are FABULOUS!
It's due the 26th of September, I can fill one of the spots (I am already doing one) but I can't fill them all - and what good is an alphabet book without all of the letters.
I am in need of a couple of angels to fill some spots in my stocking stuffer swap. One of our swappers had to drop out due to illness. I would really appreciate the help! Here's the link:

Catie, I have a question. I have not had to post in this thread very often- only twice- and it was my understanding that this was to find angels to fill in when your swap is already closed and you had someone drop out and you need an emergency fill in.
As I am skimming through- I see that the majority of the posts are now for people looking TO FILL their OPEN swaps? What gives?
They already have the swap posted. Shouldn't they just adjust how many the swappers need to make if they can't fill their swap?
It's frustrating when we NEED an angel to fill in and there are open swaps posted here as well.
Could you please clarify what this thread is to be used for?? Thanks!

You bring up an excellent point Marlene. I have been working doubles at the hotel (yeah yeah yeah-insert joke here LOL ;)) BUT-I have a coupla days off next week and the Swap forums will get a tiny overhaul.

I'm sorry I guess I thought a swap angel was someone who'd fill in at the last minute and help out when you are really in a bind. I had my swap posted for a month before it closed. It closed over a week ago and now we are less than 2 weeks from the due date and it is an ABC swap and I really need to fill the spots. The only reason it isn't technically closed is because it isn't full. Myself and another lady are doubling up and one other person signed up so I think we only need one more. If you have a swap that isn't full and are nearing crunch time, I see nothing wrong with posting here to fill the swap. Because I NEED an angel at this point as well.
Edited...Sorry - I posted looking for people to help fill a swap rather than have to cancel it. Sorry if it was inappropriate use of the thread.
Catie and all you other lovely ladies, I, too, apologise for using this thread to 'advertise' my kids swap before the close date rather than disappoint the youngsters already signed up by cancelling. Marlene certainly has a good point. Sorry about that.
Sorry here as well. I just assumed that this thread attracted "sympathetic" type stampers willing to help out in a pinch. I would be willing to wait until the swap closed to post here. No problem.

Ok. I am cranky today so I can darn near guarantee that this will be taken the wrong way, BUT.....
everyone calm the heck down. FIRST of all....my personal opinion is that posting here to fill an *OPEN* swap is not what I would consider being "really in a bind". If you want more swappers, adjust deadlines. Being "in a bind" is when you have everyone you need, but one drops out AFTER the deadline.
Second-about cancelling swaps-why cancel? Why not extend dates or just play with the people you have? I have participated in 4 +1 and even a 3 +1. I guess I figure if you want to play bad enough or if you want the samples enough-the rest will fall into place.
Those things said....Maybe we need two angel threads (Oh good-I just gave myself more work ). One for OPEN swaps that are nearing the postmark deadline and one for after the deadline has passed...just thinking off the top of my head.
I'm sorry if this sounds harsh or if someone is offended. These are just some things to think about.
I will be out for awhile-the overhaul will not happen for at least 2-3 weeks. If you need anything urgent until then, please contact another moderator. PLAY NICE please.

I would love it if a handful of Angels would join my Copycat Christmas Swap. We have 5 players so far but, if we could find 3-5 more, I could close Group 1. This is a full card swap where you copy the card exactly from the Idea Book and Catalog.
I have one person who has not responded for other swaps she signed up so I am looking for an Angel to take up that spot. It is for a cream pie. It is a 6x6 NVR single page swap due Nov.1st. Thanks so much Sharon
