Wow, this was a great idea. I just found out about this. I've always had great hostesses each time I've swapped on SCS, except for my first experience. So I must say it has all been wonderful; can't remember who I've swapped with so far except cpbarlett is always a trouper; pepe was great; and I'm in a bunch of new ones now, so I'll let you know. I'm sure they all will be wonderful. If I think of the others, I'll let you know. But you sure have gotten to meet alot of wonderful people on the swaps. Thanks everyone for all the GREAT swaps.
I have to commend Mrikitty on her USA ATC swaps. This has been my first swap with her as a hostess (she did participate in my "pet swap" recently). Though she has been evicted from posting on SCS, I still have to commend her on this swap.
The swap was for 52 ATC - one for each state and the DOC. About a week after the deadline, we got a flaker (after all the others were received). Susan has decided to do the 52 swaps for that flaker, this weekend-Easter. I know I like filling in for a flaker, but not this many, and not hearing about it 7 days after the deadline. Man, that is STRESS, and stress that I would not need added to my life. So, I have to PRAISE her for her total committment to such a LARGE swap. YEA to SUSAN! (applause). I'm also involved in this swap.......I just want to thank her for hosting it and I can't wait until I get them back. Thanks for doing the52 Utah ones so we can have a complete swap.

I would like to thank Peggy Sue for hosting the Bella Swap I just participated in. She had 2 people not send in their swaps and she made extra to make everything come out even. She was great at communicating with us and I really enjoyed, no, I really loved all the Bellas I got back.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Manda_dex. She just finished up her its a party recipe swap and she went above and beyond. She ended up making like 5 spots for everyone. You are a wonderful hostess and I can't wait to be in some of your other ones.
I wanted to give a BIG WHOOHOO to MriKitty for her great job on the USA ATC swap. She did most of it with her hands tied behind her back. This swap was huge. Then to design and make 52 ATCs for a flaker (after the deadline) was truly amazing and selfless. Wanda and others, thank you for stepping up to help make this project a success!!!! Now Susan is in process of mailing the swaps which is a gargantuan task! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

I agree with Stacy! I am fairly new to SCS as well and all the feedback from you ladies really helps! I am just finishin up my first "hosted" swap, and LOVING it! Haven't really had any problems with anyone--as long as they keep up the communication if they are running late--good with me ;)

Lily_Loise just sent out the Miniature ATC swaps and wow - some great talent but I really wanted to shout out that Ruth (that's lily loise) is a great hostess!! Everything went smooth, she kept us all well informed about when items arrived and got sent out, etc. I'd be more than happy to sign up for one of her swaps!! I would just like to say thank you to DivineMissV (Vanessa) for hosting a great swap. I think she said it was her first time hosting. It was my first swap, and I had a great time! She filled in for some that didn't submit their swaps, and she was great at communicating to everyone the whole time. Also, she gave great prizes, and I was lucky enough to win 2 of them!

I am very new to these swaps on SCS. All of the hostesses I have dealt with have been good. One, however, has been way above good! That is inkonmyhands, Bonnie. When I responded to her swap (as my first one), she patiently explained to me what to do and how to get around on the threads. She always keeps her swaps current and near the top of the thread. She encourages swappers, and even goes so far as to offer to send stamped images if they do not own the stamp being used. Tonight I signed up for one of her swaps (a 12 + 1 swap), and then told her what stamp I was going to use. I then had to change my stamp because I did not have enough for such a large swap. She graciously offerred to stamp images and send to me. You can bet that I will join any swap she offers! Maybe even more than once!!!
