I'm having this same issue with January 31 appearing in the first line of the month. I tried the scaling "fit to printable area" option that Cat suggested with no luck. Any one else have this...

If you don't want to use a micro torch, you can use your embossing heat gun to remove the bubbles from the Envirotex solution.

Try using glue dots on the back of your images and then attaching to a sheet of waxed paper.
