I am using pizza boxes for some of the sets like butterflies , specific colors etc. They stack nicely. Wouldn't solve the water problem though.

One thing I do like is you can cut images without that white line around them like some dies give you. If you want it you can set the machine to do it that way.

My cricut mats don't wear out as fast. I use washi tape or repositional glue stick sometimes, otherwise I get a mess.don't use the cricut as much as I should. i have boatloads of material for it.

I love mine but there is a learning curve. I teach classes and to cut the stamped images for cards it is great. Saves me loads of time. I have not yet used the imbedded images.

I have the old one too and use the new Anna Griffin cartridges with it withthe universal overlay. No problem.

I save the packaging on my dies or embossing folders and use that . Same technique would apply in washing them to eliminate static. Have not tried embossing them as yet.
