I use wee easels that my father-in-law makes. I have a small one for most cards, and a larger one with a lip on the edge of the rail. It works great for showing the insides of cards or bigger cards...

I second the request for a font that would mimic the one used in Well Scripted. I've looked around, and I can't find anything with the big loopy-ness. I'd even buy it, but would of course prefer free.
