Don't download V3 yet, unless you enjoy frustration and heartache. It's working OK for some folks but there are TONS of bugs in the software and the fixes and work-arounds that Silhouette Support...

You know how to take your stamps off the wood right? If you do that and put them on the new, thin Cling-Mount, they'll take up a lot less space.
