iron ons to die cut?

Does cricut or someone else make iron on sheets that can be die cut? In other words, I want to run the sheet thru the machine and iron the image onto clothing.

I just need volumes of your plain old page protectors that hold one single sheet of 8.5 x 11 sheets of paper in a 3 ring binder. I found them for $6.99 for 100 at Target. Has anyone found them...

You know the small pint size? Clean, plain, white??? A friend made the cutest gift box with one. She isnt sure where they came from. A food service place of some type??
