Question about Retired Stamp Set

Can anyone tell me the name of an old set that had a large outline daisy-like flower with the word "smile" in the line border of the flower?

Possibly it is different for demos who do not also have a full time job, but I find the two catalog system with dormant lists and two retiring lists each year to be overwhelming.

I regret buying the Sock Monkey set - haven't even mounted it yet. I guess I was caught up in pre-order fever, but it really is not a set that I would find much use for.
