So glad to see I am not the only one here in Ontario waiting patiently for my catty's to arrive. I'm a little dissappointed that they are taking this long.
I preordered mine the first day we could, and it was supposedly shipped out on July 28, I had an order shipped out on July 29 and it arrived on Thursday, but no cattys.
Hopefully it's here tomorrow.
It is the first day that demos can place orders from the new catty. I still have not gotten mine. My mail and UPS has already come for the day. That makes me so upset. I have spread the news of the new catty and I don't even have a copy for myself.

I still don't have mine either. :( I have customers chomping at the bit to see it, and I can't show them. I'm very sad.

I haven't gotten my catalog yet either. I thought today would be the day for sure but no such luck. I'm soooo disappointed. I'm trying to download one online and it's taking hours. I must not be the only one downloading. I hope Stampin Up is taking note of all the disappointed demonstrators and customers!

I gave up trying to download. It was making my day miserable. I guess if I dn't get mine in the mail today, I'll just have to suck it up and wait.

I'm excited I came home from work saw a couple of bigger magazine type packages and Yes it was my demo catalog. One of my co workers was telling me today about all the nice things in the catalog. I told her she may have to bring a copy in so I can see it, I think I will start creating my wishlist. Good Luck to the rest of you that are still waiting.
Still waiting *patiently* in NM...too late for UPS & mail was here before noon, so neither my comp copy or the ordered copies have arrived...yes, I'm disappointed!! to say the least.
Still no comp catalog here in Georgia. Forget trying to download it online! SU! should take a hint from other companies and make sure that the demos have their comp catalog way before the reveal. Just my 2 cent's worth!
I was so disappointed when I came home for lunch from work... making the special trip just to see if I received any mail... Much to my disappointment, no mail (of course that means no bills either... lol) When I was speaking to one of the twins, (the only one that would care about the new catties...) she said no there's no mail... OH, but there was a parcel, actually 2 dropped off, they are in your studio... LOL - I swear, I almost fell down the stairs... I couldn't get there fast enough... Funny though, I still don't have the one that was mailed to me for free??? But happily, everytime I look through the book, I see something that I didn't see before... It is worth the wait...
I hope I get my catty today. My mail comes about Noon. I was able to download the catty online. So, of course, I have already made a wish list. My husband just laughed at me. It's just not the same. I want to see the colors of all the new DSP. They are a little off online. Keep your fingers crossed for the delivery. One good thing for today, I am supposed to get my Simply Sent Card Elements Flower Power, so I will be stalking the UPS guy.
Today is the 12th and I still have no Catty. Why!!!? I want my Catty!
I called DS and they told me if it is not here by the 15th to call them back and they would send another catty to me.
I just got off the phone with them and they said the same thing to me. :(
I also informed them that when I try to download the pdf catalog, I get a white screen and nothing more, the LOVELY lady I was speaking to informed me I was not downloading it properly. apparently I am the only person having trouble downloading the pdf because the one lady this morning who was having trouble got her problem fixed when they discovered she was downloading it to the wrong file on the computer.
I couldn't make the woman understand I was never even able to get to the point where I had to option to save I just got a white screen.

I do not even get any screen at all it just gives me a white screen and I am stuck there forever.
Maybe if I stop trying to load it then you can load it haha then after you load it you let me load it!!!!!

I just got my 2 boxes of Great Rewards catalogs today by USPS....although I'm excited to FINALLY have the catalogs......I'm upset on the late delivery of them! I'm in Wisconsin.

I work for the Post Office and I work with incoming flat mail ie:catalogs. We processed mail for all our cities today and I did not see one in any of the 16 cities we processed today. I am so bummed I did not get my free catalog the last time either I had to call and it took forever. Glad I got my preorders for my Open House tomorrow.
I'm also having problems downloading and get a message that file is corrupt and can't be opened from Adobe. It has to be a SU issue. My demo didn't order catalogs on time so no telling when I'll get it.
I had the same problem since yesterday! Then, out of frustration, I searched for a demo's website and clicked the catalog link from there and it opened right up for me!!
On another thread this wonderful Demo has downloaded the catalog to her website and you can load it from there.
I believe you can rigth click on it and then go to save as target and rename it on your computer. Much faster.

hey girl!! it's me I've been demoing again for about 6 months or so. I'll give you a call soon. Right now we are just getting going on popcorn sales for cubscouts (and I'm co-popcorn kernal) but after the next day or two things will be slowing up with that!! I'd love to do some stuff together. That would ROCK!

I'm in West Georgia and still no sign of my comp catalog either, I called DS on Friday and they said they would mail out a replacement and I was given a tracking #. Hopefully it will be here by the end of next week!
