I am super happy that I finished my beach pics today. I did a few more that I did not upload, but thought I would end it on these two. Very productive day especially since I awoke with a migraine this morning, which put me in a bad mood and I threw out everything I was going to do today and chose to spend my time playing in my room. Just glad I was able to get on a roll and had the time to keep going. This is why challenges help me. On other days if I do not feel good I more often have no mojo. But, when I have a prompt or sketch or something it helps me laser in my focus and ignore my discomfort.
Amy- I'm so sorry you had a migraine! Good for you getting so much done! I hate migraines and I usually cant' get anything done beyond whatever my kids HAVE to have- like a sandwich or something. lol. But I agree- sketches are my favorite because then I can get going!
I'm loving seeing so much participation this year! It's so fun!

Amy, glad you could get all that scrapping done, but sorry you had a migraine. I really feel for those of you you who get those. I have only had a couple in my life and they were horrible! I thought
I was dying.
so, let’s get an idea of what your favorite prompts are. Tanya, yours is sketches. They are difficult for me.
My favorites are Scraplifts and Stash Busters.
Tell us your favorites. You might see your favorite in the upcoming April VSBN.
Yesterday I had my daughter sit down and look thru her albums to see what school events through her whole life *have been scrapped. Very few, lol....Mostly first days back, and dances, lol! Then I got two more digi pages done for her and started a third, but I still have to figure out the journaling on that one.
Hello all! Finally posted the 2 Feb LO and 2 Mar LOs , catching up! And a Mini album from Scrapbook.com SBCFEST this past weekend. I will try and post the pictures and complete 2 more LO for March.

Carole, since you are just uploading February, you could go ahead and put them in our March gallery so we will see them in our gallery. That is up to you, though.
I think my favorite is just almost any challenge that is specific. Prompts, sketches, scrap lifts, stash busters are all easier for me to do as I have a focal starting point. I think the inspiration or sometimes techniques are more challenging for me. Doesn't mean I don't love them I just take longer to do them.
I have really enjoyed Calvinball and glad I got as much done as I did when I had a chance. I hurt myself yesterday and it seems I have a Plantar Fascia rupture. This is the connective tissue under your foot that connects your heel and toe that supports the arch. People most often have plantar fasciitis which is an inflammation of this tissue. So, I have found myself having to be non-weight bearing on crutches and may end up in a boot. From what I understand it takes quite a while to heal my heel. My craft space is downstairs, so not sure when I will get to be on my feet enough to play again. So I will have to be your cheerleader for a while and favorite all the pages I want to copy down the road. Maybe if I get lucky I can join in some semblance for April VSBN.
Hi,
I just saw the message, sorry I put it in the February one. I just posted another LO for March. Trying to complete all the pages I have not put pictures on. I also completed a mini scrapbook as I mentioned in my previous message posting pictures.
Happy Scraping!
Carole

Amy, so sorry about your foot! It must be pretty bad! I have that heel problem, but not ruptured. Wish I t would heel. But I just keep walking, because that is the only exercise I get.
take care, and scrap when you can. BTW, I like your idea of saving the CalvinBall prompts and using them when we do our pages! Makes us add more of our stash. LOL
Hello friends! Popping in for a quick minute.
Amy, sorry for your issues with your foot, not fun being stuck and not free to move easily.
Good to see how busy some of you have been. Me, not so much, but I'll try to upload the little I have. I've been doing a lot of quilting and finished a table runner and place mats, now working on machine embroidery for my granddaughter. I added a simple embroidered element to the simple tank top and now embroidering on a pajama top for the set I bought yesterday. Must get her gifts in the mail Monday. I have her card finished, first time making a shutter card.
As for challenges I enjoy, I enjoy them to be a bit of a challenge. Something that will get me pushing my envelope to reach and explore. Choices are good because I may not always have the right photos if the parameter is too limited. If I have few photos to choose from sketches can be limiting. And if it is too simple, what's the challenge? Like Sharon said, challenges to dig into stash is welcomed, especially when we are challenged to go for something "different" than our usual. Lists of items can inspire me if they push me out of my comfort zone. A good one for me is perhaps of list of 15 from which I must choose 5. I like a challenge that will push me to take a step, even a small one, into something new and a little challenging. Also a twist on techniques can be fun. Example: instead of using the supply THIS way, try THAT way - a twist.
May you all have a blessed Sunday!

Checkin in so you'll show up in my subscriptions. Working hard on my book the next 6 weeks so don't foresee scrapbooking happening but will be nice to see all of the inspiration!

Scrapbook Layouts: April: 0/4
Remember to check back at the end of the month for your link to our April thread. Also, a heads up, since they are having VSN March 31-April 1, I won’t post our VSBN challenges until the weekend after. So, watch for it April 7th or 8th. 😃
I haven't done anything this week, it's been too packed, but I did pick up some digi pages and add the journaling or a little stamping. I'm all over the place right now, lol. I'm still working on Disney and the beach, and my daughter and then I finished up two layouts I'd done the pictures on but not the DP or journaling, lol.
I added a few more pages today and haven't linked up a few others, so here's what I've got:
Catching up... I think I commented on all the pages...
Oh NO, Amy! How frustrating, plus pain! UGH!
Joyce Ann, crafting is crafting, and when it can be a gift, even better!
I agree Sharon- all the participation makes it so much fun!
I hope everyone is well! We're having a very stubborn winter, but I will take the water over fire danger, lol. The lakes and reservoirs are still low so that also makes it okay with me. And hey- no allergies or heat that makes my head hurt! Ha!

I can't believe it's been so long since I checked in to look at all the wonderful layouts that have been posted. It's been a busy month here with company, working on house repairs & enjoying the beach. I was able to work on 2 pages yesterday & just need to finish die cutting & adhering the titles. Hoping to get that done today.
I finished 2 pages today. They're different events but will be together in the album so I wanted to coordinate them. I used Tim Holtz Alphanumberic Varisty dies & I cut them all twice in different colors so the title would stand out on the stripe paper. It was time consuming but I really do like the effect. My DGS was in Greece on a trip so this was the first year he missed father's day with his Dad. We had to improvise & used a school photo for his stand in.
Hi all,
I haven’t been scrapping lately. I shifted to card making for a bit. I nomads a set of cards for my sister’s bday and then today I made a bunch of cards.

Checking in - it's been a month! I've been working 6 day weeks and have been so tired my mojo is gone so practically nothing got done this month. I'm super looking forward to my day off on Wednesday and hoping to get some pages and some cards done - I have the papers pulled for them, just need to sit down and play. Hoping I can round this month out with something to show for it!!
Hope everyone's doing well and staying warm. it's been warm and humid and muggy in Hawaii so I envy the cold weather I've been seeing from friends on the continent! But I'm sure some of you would welcome the warm - but I wouldn't wish the muggy on anyone!!
Kel, so glad you checked in! I hope you get to scrap on Wednesday. It is 49 here. But I just got back from a 4 mile walk, and I was ready to take my coat off! LOL I thought it was 60. All in the mind, I guess!
