Scrapbook goal 2014 ~ 5/12 (beginner) Cards Goal ~ LOADS!!!
My first page of 2014: Kreep E Night . It was for last month's Scraplift Challenge; I was first so I didn't get my scraplift until after the 15th and just couldn't find scrappy time! :-)
Wow, this thread has gotten long! Sometimes I receive notices of new messages and sometimes I don't I can't figure it out?! Anyway, welcome to the "newbies" - Theresa, Jeanne Anna and Scrapbearz. Hopefully I haven't forgotten anyone. I have a few pages done to share. I actually did some traditional scrapping with my stash. Sadly, this was before I saw the stash challenge so they don't qualify.
I'm leaving Friday for a weekend scrapbook getaway in North Georgia. There will be 12 of us and I can't wait! Hopefully I'll have more pages to share next week but sometimes it's not always as productive as I anticipate. lol!

Shivering in my office thinking how I would love to be at home digging my table out of the clutter. My goal is to try to use as much of my stash as possible and spend less than $10 a month. This number doesn't include adhesive :-)
Here is today's page. I forgot to add some washi tape for the picture but just put a piece on the left side at the corner of that top Lf photo. It looks pretty good and you would never know it was an afterthought!
Wendy, stay warm up there!! I'm shivering just thinking about the cold!!
I'm going to start on a summer or spring page, something to get away from the dark or wintery pages! Besides, I having printed a single Christmas picture yet.....

Scrapbook goal: April 7/10 MAY /5 YTD 32
I am subbing at the HS so I get to play in the Gallery and leave some luv while I'm here :-). I am one to use the keyword to pop in & out of the gallery so for the newbies you may want to be sure to add this month's keyword when you upload your page. If you're not sure, it's a part of the thread title and it changes with each month (as well as the thread changes each month).
Gorgeous pages again today everyone, I love visiting your galleries, thanks very much for your comments on mine. I think I may need to extend my goal soon, I love making these scrapbook pages.
I need to take a day or two break whilst I catch up with my DT cards now.
Keep warm & safe. xx

Well, it seems we have another Wendy now! Welcome, Wendy!! I think you'll love it here--lots of inspiration and motivation--everyone is nice and helpful too!
I've been looking at a lot of the pages done by everyone and I must say, you ladies make it easy to get the mojo going! What fun! Thank you for all the inspirational pages.

Lela,
I have been kind of MIA the past few months. With the holidays, company and going to NYC it has been crazy! On top of all that I ended up sick in the bed during the holidays, not fun...
Anyway, I want to continue with the challenge so please include me. I get a lot of inspiration from you gals!
My goal is the following:
Finish my 30 year old son's baby album
Finish my 28 year old daughter's baby album
Complete my travel pages from last year. I am doing both traditional and PL pages for these.
Total pages I am going to say is 250 for my overall goal!
I am also a card maker so I usually create cards as occasions occur. However, going forward I want to make at least 5 a month so I am ahead of myself when I need them. I know we aren't counting these in our challenge but wanted to mention as it takes away from my scrapping time sometimes.
I have to add that my craft room is torn apart right now and my DH is in the process of painting and reshelving. I got a new table from IKEA and some shelving units he is going to be putting together for me. I will show pics once done.
Can't wait to get started scrapping and talking with you ladies this year!
