Hey Ladies, if you could update your signature and page totals this week, that would help make sure they're correct for when I carry them to the March Thread. I'll be posting that (I hope) Monday night!
Mine is updated now, but still hope to finish one more before Friday.
Hi everyone. The new Scrapbook Variety Challengeis posted. Hope it will inspire you to crank out one more page for February!
We are on a psychic-scrappy wavelength. I was about to upload the page I finished last night when I read your challenge...I'm putting the code even though it came after I completed the page ;-)
Just wanted to let everyone know that I am stepping down as the Thursday challenge hostess. My RA is giving me more and more problems and with my crafting space being in the basement ( DH made me a great space)it is getting very difficult to get to my space some days. I feel that I can not give the challenges the proper attention they need so maybe at a later time I could twist Lelas arm so she will give me another chance. My doctor will be making some changes so maybe he can get the progession slowed down some! On a more positive note today was a good day I got down there and was able to make 3 cards I needed. I will be around scrapping when I can get my hands to cooperate and checking out the galleries for sure!

Patti, I sure hate to see you go but I can appreciate how life and health can come between us and what we love to do. I have no doubt that Lela will be happy to have you return when you are ready.
I hope we will still see you around with a few pages every now and then.
Thank you for hosting so many wonderful challenges!! You made me look forward to Thursdays!
Ditto what Sharon said. You have been very faithful in hostessing these challenges through many difficulties. Hope we will continue to see you in the forums and galleries though.
i am only now starting to get back into scrapbooking and challenges so i am so grateful for what challenge hostesses have done... so thank you so much patti for everything you've done hope things get better for you.
Patti, we need a dislike button on here! Dislike that your health doesn't allow you to do something you love and dislike that you have to step down from the challenge. You do a great job, so I'm sure you will be welcomed back with open arms any time you feel up to it.
Booo :( My mom is dealing with RA this past year too, and also trying some new meds.
I hope you can keep on getting some good scrapping done. Maybe try MDS! ;) Lots of us around to help you, and lots of great resources to learn from around too.
Take good care of you!

Patti, Sorry to hear you're stepping down. As the others said we certainly appreciate your creative challenges & look forward to seeing the pages you get done.
Patti, sorry to hear that your health is not cooperating with you wonderful spirit. I can understand, last year I had a similar experience. I hope you feel better and wish you well. Your health is most important.

Patti,
I am so sorry to hear that you are retiring. I hope that you will still be able to play with us when you can. Sending best wishes your way ♥
I have updated my signature to reflect my accurate totals so far. I cleaned up my album that has my layouts in it for this year. I realized that my totals were not accurate because I was counting the not finished progressive pages. Now that I have cleaned it up I realized that I still need to get my butt in gear.
This is the story of my life, just when I think Im ahead, I realized that I am actually behind:rolleyes:
Whoa, this party was just yesterday! Way to get on it right away, Momma! Looks like a fun party! For the fourth page, what about just sliding the 'celebrate' element lower to make a cluster? I think the pages look great! Call Batman... wouldn't that be handy!! :-)
Digital pictures + digital scrapbooking = productivity
Or so, one would hope. After 30 years of taking pictures of my kids, and loosing photos due to moves and school projects etc. as well as computer viruses, I have finally - at this late point in my life - decided it was time to be timely and back everything up! Thanks to flash drives, everything that I do on my computer has a designated flash drive.
That is, until I lose them
Seriously though, I am getting better.
Thanks ladies for all your kind words. They touch my heart I feel like we are truely friends! I will be here looking in the galleries and making pages when my hands work!

Okay, I'm working in my scrap room and as always have gotten distracted shuffling paper for about an hour.
Have you ever looked at paper in your stash and wonder why you have it?
I am making a stack of paper to give away. Paper that just doesn't suit my taste and I know I will never use it. Hope fully I will open up some space in the process.

I hopped on here to add another page I finished and happened upon Patti's post. Oh dear, Patti, I can't stand the thought of you leaving us completely! Even if you can't host the challenge anymore, please stop in and say hi whenever you can. I will miss you dearly!
I have a problem with my hands too, which is one of the main reasons I have switched to mostly digi. I know it's not your "thing," but you may give it a try if you don't want to give up your scrapping hobby altogether!
I hope your doc is able to find some help for you. Love you, kiddo!

Thanks Wendy I will always be lurking around in the gallery and this thread. I have to learn to stop trying to make every page perfect. My DH says my slanted corners and uneven mats are fine and that they make my pages unique! I just get upset when I think about it but I need to remember that at least I can still use my hands! love you too!

 Well, I'm considering my goal made, although I only did 15 out of 20 personal SB pages. I thought I would not count my mini albums but in the end they take a lot of time from my regular scrapping. In Feb. I completed 5 mini albums measuring 4x6 and each have 7 pages embellished on both sides.

These are beautiful! Love the vintage look of the 3rd one which is my favorite!
