Good Morning.
I'm spending the day crafting. I have a few ideas I want to try.
Gonna work on some challenges and complete some mini albums this week.
I need to use up some of my stash.
I promised myself I would not buy any scrapping supplies before I put a dent in my hoarded stash.
There are so many new collections I'm dying for. lol.

The Marton diner is actually in Marlton. I can't remember the road it's on.
We were suppose to rent a house on LBI this summer for vacation, but then Sandy hit so everyone who lives in the area says not to go. DS#3 has only been to NJ in the "off" season, like Thanksgiving, when everything is closed. He really wants to go in the summer, he loves the beach and ocean. It's weird, DS#1 was born in NJ when we lived in Barnegat, he & I went to LBI to the beach practically every day from 9am to noon (then the "bennies" would start to crowd the beach so we'd go home). He could care less and DS#3 who has only been to the beach in Galveston (if you want to call that a "real" beach, the sand is gray and it's the gulf so no real waves) and Florida (Vero Beach where my MIL has a winter home)and he loves it! DS#2 well, when he was little he hated the sand and would only sit on the blanket. Can't beleive these are my kids.
We have been in Texas for 25 and 1/2 years now. It is home but I really do miss the beach.
Ohh when I got to HS my parents moved to Marlton, so I lived in Marlton for some time and I can't remember where the Marlton Diner is. Funny that you called them "Bennies" I grew up calling them "Shoebees" (sp??) Never heard the term Bennies until a few years ago after we have moved here to ATL. I totally understand your take on the Gulf! I don't like it at all. My in laws live near Clearwater so we go there. And we have gone to Panama City Beach a few times (yuck). I do want to get closer to the beach even by the Outer Banks would be great! Miss the real beach!
Hey Wendy....I was just listening to the news and they said Arizona got snow today! Did you get any of it?
WE did!! We got 5 inches so far, and it is supposed to be up to 11 inches by tomorrow!
I am MIA, because my laptop crashed. Only have had it 18 months, enough to be out of warranty. Anyway, it is the screen, so I have ordered a monitor/tv and will use it as a desktop. But all my photos are on it and everything is simpler on it. So can't wait to be able to use it again. I can't load my photos on my DHs so do it on my mini iPad. Anyway, is harder to comment and post.
:(

We didn't where I live, but we did get hail. They had to postpone a golf tournament down by Tucson, though, due to a snowstorm. That's about 2 hrs. from us. It is not a common thing. The northern part of AZ does get snow--that's where my son & family go skiing, but it's rare we see any in the Phoenix area.
Well I figured out what I want to do to my scrap room and got one part of it so I need to put together. DH will buy me the other piece in Apirl for Anniversary/Birthday :-). Actually, he's on Spring Break in two weeks and I have a sub job so I wouldn't be surprised if I came home one day to it...but I won't hold my breath ;-). Tomorrow is my scrappy day with a couple of new scrappy friends. I have the VSBN challenges printed out and will work on some of those, plus a digi present for a friend's bday. See ya'll later!
Awesome! It will feel great to have the new organization in place!!

I was just looking at my gallery & boy do I use alot of blue! Most of my pages have bright or light blue in it. To top it off I have a couple of other unfinished pages that are blue too. I'm going to have to start thinking outside the blue box & make myself use other colors. LOL!

At least we all know what your favorite color is now

I've been on a serious blue kick lately too! Trying to switch to another color scheme on my next few pages...gotta get outta my rut!
Good Friday to you all...my scrappy day turned more into a student Advocate parent meeting, my daughter is a Junior and friends have Freshman with LDs so I was more or less sharing my experiences in that department. It was nice to finally share FLDOE frustrations with others who 'get it' ~ not what I'd planned but a good day nonetheless. I have enough food leftover for family tonight so I'm off to my scraproom to clean-up and to have some relaxing fun...and hopefully to get pages completed. :-)
I'm on my computer, but doing some hard drive clean-up today. Not much fun, but necessary!
I thought I was going to be scrapping earlier but I went to mass instead (forgot it was Sunday earlier); just getting here now but will only 'play' until 3, need to take DD2 to her confirmation class.
I have been off to a three day crop. It was only a mile from my house which ended up being a good thing as I had family commitments that cropped up at the last minute so I did not spend as much time cropping as I usually do. Only got 9 pages complete with one more very close. Still that puts me over my goal for the month and almost 1/3 of the way to my yearly goal. Yea, some free skating time for scrapping.
Here are 2 pages I worked on for the VSBN (patterned paper) but didn't finish until today. I think they were neat challenges so I'm going to keep working on them. I think I need 3 more pages (besides the progressive) for the month so I'd better get busy!
I just got back from a Scrapbook retreat. I finished 24 pages! Whoop! Whoop!
Way to go Melina! I love when that happens! I went to a crop last weekend for a day and this week went to Archivers Saturday night for Scrap Mania. I was supposed to go with a friend but she had a sick baby so couldn't go. I decided since I'd plan to, I'd still go. I sure got lots of pages done, LOL!
I just uploaded 14 more ... 8 from last weekend 6 of the 10 I got done this weekend. Hopefully I can get the last 4 uploaded before March ... good month of scrappin'!

Hey Ladies, if you could update your signature and page totals this week, that would help make sure they're correct for when I carry them to the March Thread. I'll be posting that (I hope) Monday night!

Great page Mary Pat! Here is my page for MFT challenge and I used the same challenge you did-memorabillia challenge again. "0
Aruba Just a few more Panama pages and I will be done with that album!
I got my laptop back in business, only as a desktop! I got a TV and hooked it up to it, since my screen died. So glad to have it back!! It is a lot easier to load photos, copy and paste, and comment, than on the mini. I was glad to have my mini, or I would have totally been disconected!
Now to get caught up on all of your galleries!

I have done 23 of 100 goal, thanks to VSBN!! I will set a goal of 5 pages for March.

No compter is like have your hands tied behind your back! I'm lost without mine & the mini is too small for me to see.
I'm working on a mini scrapbook for our son's 25th birthday that we celebrated yesterday. I have 2 more layouts I am working on to completely finish it but time is running out since I have to go to work. Boy computer time really eats up the clock!
I still need to get a total of 5 more pages done and a truckload of cards to meet my goal for this month - and time is running out - yikes!!

Whoa, this party was just yesterday! Way to get on it right away, Momma! Looks like a fun party! For the fourth page, what about just sliding the 'celebrate' element lower to make a cluster? I think the pages look great! Call Batman... wouldn't that be handy!! :-)
