Well, I had a very productive month. I have finished 28 pages. I started on our trip to Italy last fall and am loving this project. But tomorrow I am off to Arizona for 8 days, so I won't finish any more. Have to be up at 5 am to catch my plane, so off to bed I go.
I have a very hectic schedule Wendy, but if time allows, I'll get in touch with you and maybe you and Bob can meet up with me again. I'll be in Gold Canyon at our new house (well new to us anyway)
I hope we can get together--give me a call if you can fit us in! ;)
After two very long and trying weeks I am home and my mom is doing a wee bit better. Still in hospital but getting there.....Doctors say it will be a long slow process and the chemo may be to strong. Thanks to Lela and Wendy for helping me out when ever I am away. Big hug to both of you!!!! Hopefully the worst is over. I need to check out the gallery I am sure it must be full of great pages! I am sure I will not make my goal this month but I did get a few pages done and will upload later. Hope everyone is having a good day.

In case anyone was looking for it, I will be posting the Scrapbook Variety challenge in a few minutes. We got hit hard with storms this morning and I've been watching news all morning. there is supposed to be another bad storm coming thru in just a couple of hours. Trees are down everywhere, power outage (we have power fortunately), possible tornadoe in a couple of places. Right now at my house the sun is shining! No damage at my house but I hear there was some just a mile or so away.
Wow, thanks Kristen! Great method!
Last night I actually got two digi and one regular page done so that made me happy. I also pulled the cardstock for another page and that's laying on my desk waiting for me to get back to it! Checking the gallery while we're eating lunch!

That is such an awesome description! Thanks for sharing. I think I will have to get my gumption up to get started...cause right now I don't even know where my photos are. But maybe that could be my first 5 minute session? Find where my photos are! O.k. I am inspired. Thanks!
P.S. I am planning to start a scrapbook club. And would love to share your strategy with any ladies who join me. Do you mind? I'll give you credit for the great ideas.
Last week was passover and I started thinking of all the things in my scraproom that I never use. So the challenge this week is to use that one embellishment that you always seem to "passover".
For me that one embellishment is eyelets. I have plenty of them in many different colors and never use them and I don't know why.
So dig out that one thing you always seem to passover and use it on your pages.

I am flattered that you think my method share-worthy! Thanks, that was a lovely ego boost for the day! :-)
You can totally share my method... I'm all about 'guilt-free' and 'get-er-done' scrapbooking so if we can help others, let's do that!!! :-)

So I just got my very first Unity stamp set- Retro BBQ. Normally I am an SU girl, but these were soooo cute! Anyways, is there somewhere to view samples by set like here with SU sets? I searched by name but I only got a few photos.
Thanks!
Jennifer

So glad I could be of some help, Patti! Your Goal lately has been to be there for your mom and you've done an awesome job! She and your family are in my prayers, as always.
great challenge, Patti! My craft room is stuffed to the ceiling so shouldn't be too hard to find something I overlook. Actually, eyelets seem to be one of my passed over items too at least when scrapping.
Jenn - woo hoo for 4 pages! that is awesome.
Kristin - I may borrow your 5minute idea also. I haven't been able to get in my craft room much lately.

I was just reading an article by a gal who was talking about using eyelets. I have a lot of them too--in many colors. So I'll get out my Big Bite and use some eyelets (which means I need to do a paper page! :p)
Wow, there seems to be so much going on with everyone this week, storms, illness, family and the list can go on and on. Is it just me or are there really more bad things happening than any time in recent history?? Or am I just noticing it?
I have finished a few pages from my crop week end. I am taking a break while it wait for my DS to pick up the grandkids, then I will go back tonight and all day tomorrow. I hope to catch up on my goal for the month.

I have the prettiest little yellow birds outside my scrap/stamp/office window this morning. They are chattering away enjoying the seeds in the bird feeder.
I'm hoping to be motivated today to get some pages done. I've been lacking in that department lately. I did see some fun pages in the gallery! Wow as usual!
