If it is encrypted, I ddidn't do it on purpose. It is a regular Word document. I had to put the pics into text boxes in order to get the size down so it would upload. Could that be an issue?

Thanks, Sharon! JoAnn, just right click over her link, click on "save target as" and save it where you can find it. Open it from Word, and there you are! Piece of cake!
This is what I got in the directions. Apparently your computer could not understand the quarter dimensions. Hope this helps

Cardstock for outer sleeve (10 �� x 6 ��)
Cardstock for inside (two 5 �� x 3 �� pieces)

2. Score the larger piece of cardstock at the 10 ��, 6 �� and 3 �� marks.
3. Punch a semi-circle in the center of the top of the panel next to the �� tab.
5. On the end panel, use the square punch and punch in �� or so at each end. Once you�ve done this, your cardstock should look like this:
9. Fold the panels in. Apply SNAIL to the �� strip. When closing, tuck the strip behind the stamped panel so that it adheres to the sleeve
