I was told that the other PDF file was difficult to download and that it may be corrupt. I downloaded it again and hopefully this one will work!

I was able to save and open it just fine.

Carole: Try right-clicking on the file and choose "Save Target As". This will allow you to save the file to your hard drive. Once it is downloaded, you will have the option to open it. Hopefully this will work for you.
