Default MIX612: First Transfer

Title: First Transfer
Host: Janelle S (a.k.a. Dizzymommie)
Keyword: MIX612Hello and welcome to another mixed media challenge week in the Mix-Ability forum!
This week you can choose whatever transfer method you like or want to try FIRST and then add your mixed media mojo! Here are some SCS tutorials that qualify as a transfer method.

Mirror Stamping
Greyscale Reflections
Contact Paper Transfer
Magical Masking Tape
Leaf Prints with a Gel Plate
If you want to try printed image transfers, look at this article, "Seven Image Transfer Methods for Toner, Magazine or InkJet Images".

Upload your project to your member gallery with the keyword "MIX612" so we can see it in the Challenge gallery.
I can't wait to see what you create!

I'd done printed image transfer with gel medium recently, enjoyed the process and would have been happy to do it again but I'm very short on time. I picked some leaves on the way back from shopping, but couldn't work out how to incorporate a leaf print into the card I needed to make without getting out my full size gel plate and taking more time than I had. So I went with the quick option of magical masking tape (the link in the first post isn't working??) I thoroughly enjoyed reading the article you linked, and again with more time would love to explore some of the ideas there.

Thanks for letting me know about the broken link. Looks like I just copied and pasted the words and not the link. It should be fixed now.

Thanks for this great challenge! I made two cards using Lydia's tutorial on "Leaf Prints with a Gel Plate."
