Hello and welcome to the Mix-Ability challenge here on Splitcoast! Our goal is to make mixed media, easy, approachable and FUN!
We want to convince you that no matter what your style is - you can DO it!
Your projects can be any type – cards, scrapbook layouts, art journal projects, 3D pages.
Challenge:
Have some fun just making art. Confession time. Many times when I make something it's just not planned out at all. I grab a few things and just sort of build starting with the background, Then i'll add maybe a color or texture and then some stamping.
So here's my challenge with a a few easy steps:
1. Create a background (however you want - stencils, stamps, markers, watercolor)
2. Stamp something (one thing or a bunch of things).
3. Highlight with a gel pen or paint ( I used white but you could use any color you want)
4. Add a sentiment if you want, or if you don't that's ok too. It's your arty world.
