This week's challenge can go two ways, you choose! One way is to use some image or supply that is used to contain an area (fence, chicken wire, rope, etc.) OR the other way is to use your best/favorite "thing" that you do in papercrafting bar none.

Bonus if you decide to incorporate both! Here's my card sample explained.

One way - Ropes stamp is my contain item
Other way - Alcohol markers IMHO are my favorite and best way to color an image.

Gail, your magazine prints amaze me, especially as it was an epic fail for me.

I like the chicken wire and rope ideas, just got a new rope stencil. I'll see if I can work it into something over the weekend, but with a full schedule next week, my priority is working ahead on a few challenge samples and writing up Monday's challenge.

I have the perfect die cut that I’ve been wanting to try on a mixed media LO...this challenge may be it, plus I love magazine or photo transfers but to date I’m with Sabrina and achieved very little results for my efforts but I’m not one to be deterred...so on that note, this challenge is on the list and maybe a fill in for me whilst I wait to get dirty in my jimjams. Still 5+ hours to go this end..down under. Thanks for the challenge.

This challenge gave two choices: 1)to use an image or supply that is used to contain an area, i.e., fence, chicken wire, rope, etc., OR 2)to use your best/favorite “thing” that you do in papercrafting bar none.

Soooo, for choice 1) if I go really far out in left field, I am showing a watering can container that gathers and holds in flowers into a bouquet display…too far into left field???

For choice 2) I used a favorite cardmaking technique for me…coloring images with a coloring medium…in this case, Copic markers. I don’t know that it’s my “best thing,” but it is something I really enjoy doing.
