Default What do you do with card fronts?

I was a demonstrator for 7 years and have a TON of swap cards that are just fronts. I know some people make them into actual cards which isn't too much work at all, but just wondering what other people do with them. Also what about the ones that i didn't care for (just not my style ) I hate to just throw away.

If you don't mind making them into cards, then you could donate them to a charity, like one for the troops, nursing/retirement homes, etc. If you don't want to make them into cards, you could still donate them to a youth group or school, and I am sure they would be able to do things with them.

I am getting ready to go through my stuff and will probably donate. I'm mainly a hobby demo, but upline used to sell her card front samples with the stamp set (or give as a freebie) when the set retired.

My demo lets us go through them and pick some out to take home. It's a great way to get ideas!

ah all cards rak'ed to me or mailed to me eventually get donated to the troops to use...

( some I hang on to for a year or so) but, ultimately that's what i do with them. and my friends know it and are ok with it because, they are doing the same thing.

I send mine to Operation Write Home. Operation Write Home: Helping Heroes Keep in Touch with Home

There is another organization that sends blank cards to the Troops. I believe they accept card fronts and have volunteers who finish the work to complete the cards.

Default Card fronts - where to send for the troops

We do need many cards and card fronts - we have a group of volunteers who turn even the most dogeared and those you think "oh these can never be used" into beautiful cards for our soldiers overseas. Our list of contacts who want our cards keeps growing weekly - the demand is great. Email me for the address and thank you in advance!

We are always looking for stamped card fronts only as our residents make them into new cards themselves - we provide cardstock for the new card and I have the donated card fronts trimmed down and already to go onto their new card base.
Donations of handmade card fronts accepted anytime
