I love mine too, dont get me wrong.....Again thank you for the directions also.... I might just keep it and use it in my barn to keep them in order that way and when I need to pack them to go, use the Copic Wallet. Even if I tried to sell it I would have to ask atleast $50 to make my money back on it.... Probably not worth it. I do like it tho, even more and more as it fills up with new markers...... Melissa

My understanding is Copics should be stored on their side not straight up.Does this set on it's side? Or is this even true about how they should be stored, this sure would be a lot cheaper!
Copics can be stored either way (the experts endorse this opinion) according to everything I have ever read (even on the official Copic website). It sort of goes against everything that we've learned about storing dual ended markers so it's a hard habit to break.
It's showing for 19.99. I have no idea how long that will last. With Joanns that can be hard to guess. They currently have a free shipping code of GPA28

I'm still waiting to see if someone made a smaller version using the Artbin Super Semi Satchel, which goes for $10 on Scrapbooking Warehouse. I'm curious to see how many Copics it will hold and how much of a hassle it is to cut everything down to a smaller size. I'm guessing it should hold somewhere around 150 Copic Sketch markers.
Soooo, DH and I hit Home Depot today. Got all the supplies to make this bin. Going to use the Really Useful Box instead of the art bin though. Will post pictures when it's done! So excited!

What size Really Useful Box are you using? I have a spare 3L RUB but it's about 1/2" too short.
I'm still thinking hrd about using the Artbin Semi Super Satchel ($10.88 at Scrapbooking-warehouse.com), but without seeing it in person, I can't tell if it's going to work. If anyone has used it, I'd love to see photos.
I used the 17L size. Worked great. Had great intentions of making the thing myself, but DH had to take over for me. Didn't have the hand strength to cut the square lighting thingie. And then he just up and finished it for me while I rested on the sofa. Have a bad back and by the time we got home it flared up badly. But it's finished now and works great. Will upload pics tomorrow.

It's a few weeks later... and it's currently listed at $23.99 at Joann.com.
