I'm just wondering how everyone is storing their nestabilites. I just started buying these and love it. Looking for ideas and attach pictures if you can please.
My storage is really simple and portable since I attend crops frequently. I leave them on the packaging the come on (the cardboard with the double sided tape) and trim it to 6". Then I file them in the recipe card boxes that I bought for $.50 at Michaels. I covered the red rooster on the top with a pink nestie cut-out to match my room. Simple and cheap.
I keep mine in photo albums that I bought on sale at Hobby Lobby. In each page I keep the entire set, instructions, and the die "cut out" from a previous cutting (so that I can layer it over my next item for placement), then put a velcro dot on the top of the page to keep everything from slipping out. I have two albums because I have accumulated so many sets. I have also made labels for each page incase I get more than one set out at a time! I have gone to the extreme of making a "square" book and a "round" book, don't ask me why!! I guess I was just bored one evening!
Mine is similar to Barb..... I purchased very inexpensive 4 x 6 photo albums at a local store (similar to a Dollar Store) for just a couple of bucks. I have about 2 or 3 of them and slip the sets inside the slots. I label the pages w/the name from the set taped on the page, and it's so simple and easy to do. You can attach the sets to a magnetic strip to hold them in place as you slide them in the sleeves. They're also easy to cart around if you want to transport them to a crop.
At Home Depot I purchased a black box which holds maybe 30 or so clear CD's I purchased separately. I put all my smaller dies in those, but still need to get a magnet strip in each one as they do slide around. Magnetic strips are the solution. But I have run out of room and was deliberating whether I should invest in a magnetic binder I found at several places...Amazon etc. These would hold the Grand Caliber dies. But, again, the shipping is expensive if you order more than two. I wish we had a closer Hobby Lobby to purchase these but we do not. I would have to drive an hour to get to the closest one...but...that would be a nice little day trip with hubby....hummm.
I bought this storage drawers at Walmart for $5.00. One drawer for nesties, one drawer for embossing folders and the other drawer for misc. I tryed to get a photo but could not. I'll keep trying.
Thanks to my 16 yr.old to help me with this.

Great storage idea - and cheap! Can I come to your house and play with all your Nesties?
And what would we do without our kids in this Techno Age? My married daughter kids me every time I call her for Help!! that she is my personal Geek Squad.

There are several older threads on this subject. The system I am now using is the magnetic sheets on cardboard (I use mat board and have my DH cut it down for me) and insert them in protectors of an older 12x12 album that I know I will never use for scrapping. This way I can easily see what I have just by turning pages. I think when next time, I will cut the magnetic sheets in strips instead of covering a whole page.
I have seen where people have used large picture frames w/magnectic sheets for a wall hanging and using a bulletin board hanging nesties on push pins. I have NO wall space, otherwise I would probably be using one of these options. I'm one of those "if I see it, I will use it" people.
Good luck on finding a system that works for you.

I store mine in plastic dvd storage cases. I have two sheets of heavy designer cardstock with a magnet on both sides. This way I can store two sets in each dvd case. I have them labeled and store them in a "Very Useful Box". I like being able to pick up the box and take it with me when I go to a crop. If I stored them on the wall I wouldn't be able to do this. I used to store them in a binder but they kept falling out of the plastic sleeves even with the magnets holding them.
KalaKitty - what kind of DVD cases are those? Are the just regular ones with the liners taken out?
Also, could you share the size of the Really Useful Box - I only find a few sizes in local stores but they do live up to their name! When I get somewhat more organized (must do a good sorting and tossing before I can decide upon storage options.
These are storage type DVD cases. They call them Stamp Storage Cases. I got them online at Stamp-By-Step. They were pretty cheap $1.00 each. But as they say, you get what you pay for. I wouldn't buy them again. I like the quality of Stampin' Up's DVD cases much better and they don't cost that much more.
The Really Useful Box is a 3 litre size. I love these boxes.

SU still has them they are called Clear-Mount Stamp Cases. They are on page 192 of the current catalog and the number is 119105. PM me if you want a link to them on my site.
