Organizing breakthrough
I'm reorganizing my space today because I added some new shelves - gotta love the Container Store for putting their Elfa shelving on sale every January! As I was trying to think of labels to put on various baskets and containers, I realized that coming up with the right nouns was causing me difficulty - too many categories! Then it hit me - for a lot of things, VERBS work better! I now have baskets labeled Cut, Stick, Fasten, Emboss, Clean, and Unmount. I can't believe how much easier it made sorting some of this stuff! Some things still have noun labels, of course, but this verb thing really helped me a lot.
