Default How to Label Spine of Photo Album

Hi there everyone,

Wondering if anyone has ideas/ways to label the spine of your photo album? I use the albums from Stampin Up. I have a system I use - blue for family albums, green for one child, red for the other, etc. I am now starting my third blue album and I'm wondering if there is a way to label the spine, so you know which album is which. Any advice is appreciated! Cheers!

You could try the library clips-clipped to the top- then use a ribbon and a tag attached with the clip?
I just started this after reading Library of Memories by Stacy Julian- there's a pic of what i mean HERE.

I use these book clips from oriental trading. Works great and the price is right!

You can punch through the spine with the Crop-A-Dile (I haven't done this, just thinking aloud) and add any kind of tag with some ribbon threaded through. I'll be in the same boat once I finish moving all my post-bound albums into 3-rings.

I was thinking of the crop a dile too- I tried using a book plate w/a label (the SU ones from their Hodgepodge Hardware kits) and it didn't stay snug. I would like to see if anyone had a trick for that? I love the ones in the Oriental Trading link too- very nice looking.
