I am trying to re-organize my stamping space and I am struggling a bit. I am limited in space and can only put so much up on the walls since we only rent. My biggest question is how you are storing your Twinkling H2Os and how do you know which colours you have? Is it ok to store them upside down, so that you can see the colours?
I store mine in SU clamshell boxes. Each pot is labelled with a number, which corresponds to my color chart. For the color chart, I made boxes on thick white cardstock. Inside each box I wrote the name of the color and attached a small circle punch out from black paper. Then I painted a small white area and the black punch out with each paint, and I go to this chart when I need to know what color I need to use. Did that make any sense?
The pots can be stored upside down, and a lot of people actually store their pots without the lids at all. No matter how you store your pots, just make sure you allow the paints to dry completely or they can mold.
my local store-stores her w/ lids off. i too keep mine in the SU cases. i like this method. as i have my "coloring" tools each in a SU case. such as H20,color pencils, odd markers.
then those cases are in one drawer. so when i want to color i just look in one spot.
my best advice. take the time to think how you want to store your items. this will save you time & money!
I have mine in a drawer in an A4 sized plastic case (bought from a cheap shop, designed for students to carry about 1" or so thickness of papers together). My pots are upsode down so I can see the colours. I keep a couple of fine paint brushes in the case with them.
I store my pearl-ex mica pots the same way, but that requires a thicker case.
I keep my Twinkling H2O's in a small plastic basket in a drawer of my art desk. That way, I can take the whole basket out and see them all.

I store mine in a photo frame -- those clear 8x10 ones that have the cardboard box in them to hold the picture in. I just use the clear case.
Side note: I use the 8 1/2 x 11 ones to hold my SU spots. They fit 48 spots perfectly. I recently read someone uses this method but he (yes, he) uses the cardboard box with the spots so they can be stored upside down. I had never thought of doing that and my cardboard is now gone.

One great space saver for me is my shoe bags that you hang over your doors. I store my punches, clear stamp sets, and whatever else I can in them and no damage to the walls. I bought the clear pocket bags from Walmart so I can see what is in them.

I have mine in cross stitch floss boxes without the dividers. They are on their side. This way I can store a lot of them and see the colors. I don't have any pictures, but think of stacking the pots, then placing them within a section of the box.
