The gray are already gone in Charlotte, NC, but there are oodles of turquoise left.

I ordered two aqua online and they arrived the other day. I put one together and filled it with card bases. Once the second is put together I think I'll put my mixed media goodies in it like markers, pastes, paints, etc. I need to decide ASAP if I want two or more before the aqua is gone...
I ordered two aqua carts but they won't be assembled for awhile. I've read about assembling it with the top tray upside down so there is a flat surface for a Big Shot. I'm curious if the cart is sturdy enough to use the Big Shot while it's on the cart or if it is only being stored, kwim?
A spot to use my Big Shot is one of the dilemmas delaying the setting up of my room (there are other things too but if I could decide on where things need to go some progress could be made).
Another question I have is if anyone could give a fairly accurate count of how many of the full-size wood-mount stamp cases from Stampin'Up! fit in each tray. TIA and ...
Surprisingly I was able to order two more turquoise carts online from Ikea two weeks ago and they arrived last week. I had tried a few weeks ago and the order wouldn't go through. I tried a few days later and it did go through so now I have four turquoise carts. I just need to assemble the newest two and fill them with craft goodies.
Getting closer to assembling my carts so really hoping someone can help answer my earlier post (quoted below).
TIA and ...

Tina, I just bought a black one (Aqua sold out in Salt Lake) and put the top one upside down for my big shot and it works great. I did have to make sure it was up against something so it didn't roll.
So glad I heard about this tip so I don't have to move my BS back and forth and I was able to get some of my other dies out of hiding.

Well I don't store my stamps in my Raskog but I just had to know! And your answer is 22. They fit perfectly if you put them in two columns, with the 'spines' of the boxes along the longer side of the tray. And there is enough headroom for them on the other shelves (as long as you assemble it fairly evenly spaced) so you should be able to fit 66 in total.
It is so helpful to have answers to my questions. Thanks for checking, Renee.
Cindy ... do you actually crank the Big Shot while it is on the "flipped" Raskog basket. Trying to figure out how to prevent the inevitable movement. Maybe those foamy cabinet liners (I have rolls of them from The Dollar Tree that have been hoarded for years. Just. Because. They. Are. Turquoise.)

Thanks again!
I crank while it is on the flipped side.. The only rolling I had the first time was the cart moving across my un-carpeted floor, and that was an easy fix. The actual BS doesn't move at all. I am very happy with this set up.

Thanks so much for the clarification. I'm getting very excited to have a dedicated - and organized - crafting space and these carts are a big part of making that happen.
I have three of these carts (two gray and one turquoise) and am thinking of mixing two colors :-)
I'd like to try flipping the top basket for my grand calibur, but don't know what to do to keep the wheels from rolling? If its on rug does it not roll?

My carts aren't set up yet (hopefully we get to paint my room this weekend!) but I plan to flip the top basket and use my Big Shot on the cart. To prevent rolling of the cart on my wood floors I plan to have hubby cut blocks of wood to place by the wheels. I might even make them pretty with paint or paper!
Another possible option is to replace the wheels with locking casters. I haven't looked into this too much because I know I'll get frustrated when the cart doesn't move when I want to pull it closer.
Hope this is helpful... and please share photos if you combine cart colors!
I got mine from Sam's Club last year for 20$ I wish I had bought a few more :-( I love using it for my beading stuff. It keeps my work tables clear ( ) for paper crafting !
