I'm trying to decide if I want to spend my gift cards on this or not. I think it could help with my storage issues which would help with the hiding of things but also keeping things in the open?
We have 5 kids and I use our two units for cubbies for them. The units look like my Ikea Expedit bookcase and I love it. I think that it would be a wise purchase.

My DD uses something very similar (just has more cubes) for toy organization & open storage for her little guys. They're learning to put item back in the bins & cubes during cleanup. Small stuff is in plastic boxes with lids, larger stuff just goes in the fabric boxes, etc. Easy for the kids to use for sure!
thanks- I'm thinking that i would buy just a few of the fabric bins for now (cost and all that jazz) but that it should help for sure.
It does say that the canvas bins are 11x10.5x10.5, so I'm not sure if the cubbies are big enough to hold 12x12 paper. But if you were using it for other stamping stuff, it looks like a great deal at $40!
I like having my things organized so I bought some photo boxes, marked what was in each, and then everything has a place of its own. It's easy and fast to take things out and even easier to put them away. Helps keep things tidy but accessible.

not using it for paper- have that in other places. I am going to use it for punches, embellishments etc. The photo boxes in Tracy's pics are a good thought- I have about $45 in M's gift cards that I can use
I have the 6 bin one in a light finish..not sure what color it is. I have it filled with white photo boxes to hold my cards...completed, in progress, scraps, etc. Love it and wish I had room for a bigger one.
I ended up getting the 6 bin one at M's (they were 50% off and I had a gift card) instead of the 9 bin (and for as long as it took me to put together it's a good thing I got the smaller one!). I am contemplating going back tomorrow and looking at possibly getting another one and then maybe the table top and making it into a table. I stand when I stamp anyway so... Just thinking about it and will go peruse M's again tomorrow morning before I come home for an afternoon of football
I have a 9 cube from Target as well as a 2 cube that I have put on top (horizontally) of the 9 cube. It works well for me. I have changed my WM stamps to cling mount and store the in CD cases in the cubes, this has given me much more space! I do have some of the canvas containers that I used to use, now I just use them for storage in a closet!
I have 2 of the white 9 cubes. I am copying the Potterybarn project table as they are the same size as the two bookcases that are used for this table. The only difference is be my cubes will are not adjustable. I plan to put a white top across the two bookcases and add the side trim pieces just like theirs. And I will spend a whole lot less
if you check the dollar section at target they have the little bins on sale for $2.50 that would fit these. and they have super cute colors (i got a damask print...LOVE IT!)

Yes! I have two white units with a solid wood door across the top that I painted white. It's a huge work area and the shelves are very sturdy. I saw the idea on here, made one of my own, and LOVE IT!

I just checked your gallery and saw the desk you made - what a great workspace! Thanks for sharing!
