What is the latest in bins for clear stamp storage? I’ve looked at a lot of videos and websites but the info is old and the links no longer work. I know the fridge bins from Amazon are popular but I don’t know brands, etc. I’m looking to store standard size sets (4 x 6?)
I don't use the clear bins but I'm thinking that most of the bins are fridge bins by whatever brand name they go by. Any that are of the right size for your way of storing your stamps is the right size to get.
I would say that the most common way to store the stamps is to put all sizes that fit into pockets that are about 5-1/2 by 7-1/2 inches. Those fit in the fridge bins really nicely.
I originally found one at Hobby Lobby that fit wider stamp sets, plus unboxed Paper Pumpkin kits (I put the items in a 6x9 4mil plastic zip bag I got in Amazon). It was 4.00 at the time, but the price is a bit more now. There are similar ones on Amazon, but they are probably too wide for your liking, and I personally have a terrible time narrowing my searches to what I am seeking. I find Amazon to shove so much irrelevant crap in my search return results it is ludicrous.
IDesign is one brand that has varying bin sizes. I have found other brands at TJ Maxx, Marshall’s, even JoAnns.
Good luck!
If you have a Target near you, they have clear bins under the Brightroom brand. I think that's their own brand. I don't have any of those per se, but I've heard good things about them. I have had mine for some years, since Jennifer McGuire first told about them. You can find a selection on Target's website. (That's a narrowed-down search. Feel free to delete filters as you need, want, or desire. :smile) You can also check HomeGoods or somewhere similar, which might have them at lower prices. One tip on HomeGoods, etc. - if you see something you like, grab it, as it may not be there if/when you go back. Hope this helps!
They are generally called Fridge Binz/Itnterdesign...kind of all over.......size would depend on how deep your shelf is and how much weight you are good with moving around. The longer it is, the more product in it, the heavier it is. Part of it is how much length of shelf you have too. I recently got wider ones to hold more sizes but I did lose inches side to side.
Container store, target...I find them sometimes at TJMaxx....you can do some price comparisons quickly by just googling it.
But I have a lot of just plastic boxes-not clear myself bc they are cheaper and I stick the lids up on the top shelf wrapped in plastic so they stay clean.
